How to publish offers
The former publishing tool for offers, HotelAdmin, is not longer in use.
Update your homepage
In connection with the launch of our new website, HotelAdmin has been discontinued.
Now you make, and update, offers to your hotel, at your hotel's own homepage. Login details for updating your own homepage have been sent to the GM or webmaster at all hotels.
Remember to set up a FPACKAGE or DPACKAGE code as usual in Opera.
We assist you
The marketing and web team will of course help you to uppdate offers for you, if you prefer. If that is the case, please make a ticket in Corporate Support with the following information:
- A selling text
- Date from and to, when the offer should be bookable
- The weekdays the offer should be bookable
- Booking code (same as in Opera)
- From price
- Booking conditions
- A picture or image request
- Eventual offer reservations, such as;
Max / minimum number of persons
Max / minimum number of days the offer can be booked
Number of days booking must be done before check in
